As far as love scenes go, THE REMEMDIU was hot! Hot as in smokin’! There was fiery heat between these characters, and the author really got things done with thrilling sensuality and generous eroticism. Each character in this ménage a quatre had innate sensuality, and they all complemented each other. I also liked the strong personality attributes of each character, as they all brought something unique to the table. Adria was the lonely huntress, Cardin was the sensual anchor of the four, Esteban the tormented soul. And of course Roger, the bruised and battered hero.

It is a wonder story of the depths of love and what lengths one would go to in order to protect the love of their life. It is also a story of acceptance. I love the take on vampirism and how it is finally understood that not all vampires are bad. The intensity of the sexual escapades of the Watchers is outstanding even in the beginning when love is not involved. As love grows it gets even hotter with ménage a 'four'. What a great read. There has got to be more of this story.

The Rememdiu is the sequel to The Cost of Eternity.  Although The Rememdiu is billed as a stand-alone, I strongly suggest reading the prequel first to better understand Lorcan and Kevin. The Rememdiu was not what I expected for a follow-up to The Cost of Eternity. I think the switch from Secret Service agent to vampire slayer was a bigger surprise to me then it was to Roger.  Also unexpected was the sexual prowess that exploded within him and throughout the pages of this story.  There were some very hot sex scenes that bonded him with the other vampire hunters. This was a very interesting and intriguing story. It tied together the loose ends left from the prequel with a great resolution, and it left me smiling and satisfied in the end.
